- Downloading our order form and email or fax to us
All prices are tax inclusive (5% consumption tax)
We will process your order and contact you within 24hrs via email
Discount
We provide discounts for one time purchases above ¥30,000
- 3% discount for purchases > ¥30,000
- 5% discount for purchases > ¥50,000
VIP members are entitled to extra 5% discount
Special discounts can be negotiated for large quantity purchases, please contact us for details
Shipping Info
We offer two shipping options:
- Standard shipping, which takes 5-8 days (standard shipping is free for purchases above ¥15,000, a shipping
charge of ¥750 will be charged for purchases under ¥15,000)
- Expedited shipping, which takes 2-3 days (a shipping charge of ¥ 1,000 will be charged for purchases above
¥15,000 and ¥1,750 will be charged for purchases under ¥15,000)
Special shipping arrangements for next day delivery could be done for extra charges
Please note, for items out of stock, it will take longer than the usual shipping time (we will contact you for details)
Payment Info
Currently, we only accept payments via bank transfer. After payment is completed, please email or fax your receipts to
us. We are working on other payment methods, i.e. cash on delivery and credit card. We apologize for the
inconvenience.
Return Policy
We only accept returns for unopened packages within 2 weeks of purchase
We will replace damaged, defective and incorrect items for free, customers will be responsible for shipping costs for
